This mall change in the law would have big benifits. 2-Allow early voting in our state to make it easier for people who can't make it on Election Day. This will potentially increase voter turnou in our state. The Constitution provides both paths, but election in 90 days, with primaries in 45 days (for example), gives the whole people of a state the choice, not just one voice...that of the governor.
