Yes We Can! Long Island 2012In 2008, volunteers from Yes We Can! Long Island made numerous trips to Pennsylvania during the presidential campaign. Our efforts paid off with a huge win for Barack Obama there.
Now it appears we may be going back next year. A blog post by Rachel Maddow says Pennsylvania is the one major state carried by President Obama in 2008 that could flip over to the Republican in the 2012 election.
One new state that might land in the GOP column, per Mr. Will, is Pennsylvania, a state that President Obama won in the last election and that just lost one electoral vote.
