If you didn’t get a chance to watch Vice President Joe Biden’s Memorial Day speech, I highly suggest devoting 15 minutes and watch it.

It is a great reminder of why Joe Biden is Vice President today, and how good he can be when he thinks about what he says before saying it.
On the other hand, President Obama had an odd situation on Memorial Day.

Not only was his outdoor speech rained out due to extreme weather, but he also made the announcement to call off the speech, becoming the MC in Chief.
